Q. I'd like to visit your office. What are your normal business hours?
A. Our normal office hours are 9 to 5 Monday through Friday, 9 to 12 Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.

Q. Are there any age restrictions for your community?
A. Yes there are. The mobile home community at Fisherman's Cove is a 55+ community.

Q. I know that some age restricted communities don't allow pets. May I bring my pet to Fisherman's Cove?
A. You may absolutely bring your pet although there are some weight restrictions. In general, most small pets are fine. Please call our office with your pet's specific information and we will confirm qualification.

Q. I understand the mobile home community is a Land-Lease Community. What does that mean and what services are included with that type of setup?
A. That means that you own your home and lease the lot. Lot rent includes lawn service, garbage pick up, common area maintenance, and use of amenities and grounds. Utilities are not included in lot rent.

Q. What are the lot sizes at Fisherman's Cove? Am I able to bring my own home or must I purchase from you?
A. Our lot sizes are approximately 36 X 80. You may bring your own home to the site or purchase one through a Fisherman's Cove affiliate sales office. For specific details on what is involved in this process, please call our office. In general, park models between 500 square feet and 900 square feet are acceptable. Single wide and double wide homes up to 900 square feet are acceptable.

Q. I have a boat, may I bring it?
A. Absolutely. One of the best things about living at Fisherman's Cove is our wonderful water access. We are just minutes from the Gulf! You can even store your boat on your property if it is 18 feet or under.

Q. How many lots are available for lease?
A. There are only 24 lots available to build, but they won't last long. Call today and $1,000 will reserve your lot for future home.

Q. What are some of the amenities included for Fisherman's Cove residents?
A. Park amenities include: heated kidney shaped pool, craft room, hot tub, tennis court, shuffleboard, horseshoes, fishing pier, tiki hut, boat ramp, large club house with game room, arts and craft room, weight room, very active social committee and so much more.
